Courtney Druilhet
Meet Courtney Druilhet (@Court0811) — a New Orleans Pilates instructor with an uplifting, high-energy style that will push you to new limits while keeping you smiling. Drawing on her CrossFit background, Courtney helps clients build strength, confidence, and body awareness in every Reformer and Mat Pilates class. Expect encouragement, great energy, and a workout that leaves you feeling powerful.
Anna Aquilard
Meet Anna Aguilard — a New Orleans Pilates instructor with over 10 years of experience as a CrossFit coach and athlete. She’s passionate about creating workouts that strike the perfect balance between challenge and recovery, helping clients feel strong, supported, and inspired. Off the reformer, you’ll find her playing pickleball, swimming, or enjoying a really good cup of coffee.
A.J. Bienaime'
A.J. was introduced to Pilates while exploring ways to stay active and grounded through intentional movement. Her energetic teaching style blends structure with fun, making every session uplifting and empowering. A.J. supports her clients by setting collaborative goals and keeping the vibe positive with high-energy playlists and lots of encouragement.
